Refund & Cancellation

A clear understanding.

Membership is by application and individual human review. The annual private concierge membership fee is AED 100,000. Third-party services and purchases are generally charged separately unless expressly included in a written agreement. No request is guaranteed: legality, supplier availability, logistics and feasibility apply.

Cancellation and refunds

Final cancellation periods, applicable refunds, service commencement rules, supplier cancellation charges and mandatory consumer rights must be confirmed in your written membership agreement before payment. Do not rely on an assumed refund entitlement or a blanket no-refund policy. Please request the approved terms from the club.
